Setup guide: feedback on autopilot via Vincere

Ratecard can be integrated with your Vincere account, meaning you can collect feedback on autopilot based on process steps within your Vincere account. The process to integrate the two systems is simple, with Ratecard handling most of the work, though there are some steps that require your involvement.

Step 1: Enable Ratecard via your Vincere Marketplace (in-app)

Go to your Vincere application, log in, and navigate to your Marketplace. Find the Ratecard app, click on it, and head over to the "Setup" tab. Enable Ratecard and you are finished with this step.

Step 2: Connect Ratecard with Vincere

The first step to integrating your Ratecard and Vincere accounts is to get your Tenant ID, Client ID, and API key from Vincere. This allows us to connect your Vincere account with your Ratecard account. If you've received this data from Vincere, please enter this data into the integration. Go to https://ratecard.io/app/integrations/vincere (logged in) and paste in your credentials and press "Connect" as in the screenshot below.

After you've pasted in the Domain, Client ID, and API Key for your Vincere account you will be redirected to Vincere to log in to your Vincere account. Use your email address and password to authenticate.

Step 3: Log into your Vincere account

After you've logged into your Vincere account, you will be redirected back to Ratecard and now you are connected. Now you are able to set up your first triggers on which you can collect feedback.

Step 4: Collect feedback & reviews on autopilot via Vincere

Once you've successfully connected your Ratecard and Vincere accounts, you are ready to collect feedback & reviews on autopilot. Add triggers to automatically add a candidate as a contact to a group within Ratecard whenever something happens within Vincere, e.g. a candidate gets shortlisted or has their first interview. Next, they'll receive a personalized email or SMS asking them for feedback or a review. And you can start improving every day!

Don't forget to ask your contact at Vincere via support@vincere.io to add (a) the Ratecard Callback URL and (b) obtain credentials for connecting within your Vincere account; please note: this URL is the same for any account within Vincere. This Callback URL is needed for the integration to operate smoothly:
