There are three ways to get an answer to your question about using Ratecard. Please watch our video to get informed, or read on to get redirected immediately. Hope it helps!
Step 1: Search within the app
The first step to getting an answer to your question is to search for an answer within our app:
- Log in to your Ratecard account
- Click the "Help & Support" icon on the bottom left of your screen or use the slash forward shortcut key ("/") to open our support menu
- Search for answers within our support desk, e.g. by searching for "add users"
Step 2: Check out our help videos
Haven't found your answer yet? No problem. You can also look through our help videos, e.g. by searching for "create form".
Step 3: Ask our support desk via a ticket
Still haven't found an answer? Don't get frustrated. We're happy to help of course. Send us a support request via our support desk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Please note: if you have a premium support package, we'll prioritize your ticket(s) and answer these first.
