What type of data is sent from OTYS to Ratecard?

The integration between OTYS and Ratecard supports two actions you can use in their Workflows module to set up the integration with Ratecard: "SendCandidateToRatecard" and "SendContactToRatecard". These smart data fields are included in these actions, so make sure you'll add these fields and give these the correct tag name within the smart group you'll send the info to.

Action type 1: SendCandidateToRatecard

These smart fields are part of the email template that is automatically sent from OTYS to Ratecard, if you choose the "SendCandidateToRatecard" action:

• First name of candidate: firstname*
• Last name of candidate: lastname*
• Email address of candidate: email*
• Phone number of candidate: phone*
• Owner of candidate: teammember1*
• Job title: jobtitle (type: text field)
• Job ID: jobid (type: text field)
• First name of client contact (if applicable): fnamecontact (type: text field)
• Last name of client contact (if applicable): lnamecontact (type: text field)

* = these fields are automatically mapped, you don't need to add these to your group

Action type 2: SendContactToRatecard

These smart fields are part of the email template that is automatically sent from OTYS to Ratecard, if you choose the "SendContactToRatecard" action:

• First name of client contact: firstname*
• Last name of client contact: lastname*
• Email address of client contact: email*
• Phone number of client contact: phone*
• Owner of client contact: teammember1*
• Job title: jobtitle (type: text field)
• Job ID: jobid (type: text field)
• First name of candidate (if applicable): fnamecandidate (type: text field)
• Last name of candidate (if applicable): lnamecandidate (type: text field)

How to add these smart fields to your group within Ratecard?

Now it's important that you add these smart fields to your group within Ratecard, so you're sure you can use the smart data within your forms and analyse your experience data later on. In the example above, add a text field and use "Job title" as the field name and "jobtitle" as the tag name.
