How to integrate your feedback campaigns with Realworks
By integrating your feedback campaigns with Realworks, you can now collect feedback better and more effectively. The process is fully automated, which saves a lot of time. How it works
Step 1: Add your smart group email address in Realworks
Click on the name and settings button in the top right of your Realworks account. Click on settings and then go to the ''E-mail notifications'' header. Find the e-mail notification to which you want to link your feedback campaign. Here you can add the email address of your smart group in the BCC. Have you not created a smart group yet? Click here. When you have added the correct email address in the BCC you can save it by pressing the following button:
Step 2: Adjust or create your e-mail templates
After the e-mail address has been added, the email template can be changed. Adjust the e-mail template by clicking on ''open template''. By adjusting the e-mail template with a JSON, rich (er) data can be added. Add the JSON to the body of the e-mail template. This JSON should look something like this:

Don't have an e-mail template yet? you can also create an e-mail template within Realworks. This can be done by clicking on the following button:
Step 3: Create a matching e-mail notification
Back in the settings menu, a separate e-mail notification can be created for your (new) template. Do this by clicking on ''e-mail'' under the Templates heading. Here you can create an e-mail notification for your adjusted or brand new template.
No idea which template to use for your feedback campaign? To solve this problem, Realworks has drawn up a list of sample templates. The list can be found here. Of course the JSONs of these templates can also be used.
Step 4: Collect feedback on autopilot via Ratecard
Finally, it's time to set up an event-based campaign that is sent out to each new contact that is added to the smart group you selected in step 2 above. Within this campaign you can select the form you would like to use to ask the right questions at the right time. If you don't have any forms yet within Ratecard, you can build your own form and/or use our proven questionnaires (e.g. for CX, cNPS, eNPS or EX).
