How to configure text or email alerts
As a supervisor, you have the ability to receive text and/or email alerts. You can configure this the way you prefer. You can edit the settings on your personal dashboard in Ratecard.
How can you configure this?
In your personal settings, you can go to Notifications. There, you can see an overview of all available options for receiving alerts.
You can switch on any alert you would like. If you would like to receive an email when you receive new feedback, you can switch on the alert “Email alert for new feedback”. When a new review for you has been approved by the Ratecard team, you then receive an email like the following:
Another option is to only receive an alert when you got a review with a certain score. You can edit the score in the box. In this example you only receive an email if someone gave you a review with a score of 6 or below:
This works the same for text alerts. If you receive new feedback, you a text message will be sent to your mobile phone number.
If you constantly want to be up to date, you can also get notifications by email or text if someone reacted to your feedback.
Last, you can choose to be informed about errors when importing smart groups. This can only happen by email.
