Learn how to add a group, so you can start adding recipients for your feedback campaigns.
If you want to start sending feedback requests, you need three elements: a group, a form and a campaign. This article explains how you create a group. Requesting feedback becomes very easy with these groups. Check out our product tour video or read about how to do it in this article.
Step 1: Create a smart group
Go to your Ratecard dashboard and choose Address book > Groups.
Choose [+Add group] if you want to create a new group.
Give a suitable name to your new group (e.g. Candidates, Clients, Employees, Suppliers). You are probably going to create more groups after this one, so make sure the name is detailed enough to be able to find it when connecting it to a campaign.
Click Save to create your first smart group! Now, you can add contacts to your group. This can be done manually or by importing more contacts at the same time. You can also add contacts from your ATS, CRM or ERP.
Step 2: Edit smart group
You can edit your group in the overview of all smart groups, by clicking on one of these symbols:
The first symbol (pencil) means you can edit the name of the group and all smart fields. The second symbol (stop) you can set up limits. The third symbol (+) means adding people manually to your smart group. The fourth symbol (doc) means importing a group. The fifth symbol (graph) means analyzing the group.
Step 3: Delete smart group
If you don't need a group anymore, you can delete it by clicking on this symbol:
