If you want to request feedback, you need three elements: a smart group, a form and a campaign. This article will explain how you set up and send the third component: a campaign. For this feature, you need to have created a smart group and form first.
Go to campaigns in your Ratecard dashboard and click Create campaign.

Continuous feedback
Go for the continuous feedback campaign if you want to send feedback requests to contacts on a regular basis. This is convenient for measuring customer or employee satisfaction.
Introduce for example Feedback Friday within your company and ask all employees for feedback on Friday. This way you are able to improve your company every week!

Step 1: Name and type
Name your campaign and select the type you want: email or text. Email means that your contacts receive a feedback request by email, if you pick Text, they receive the request by a text to their phone. In that case, the phone number has to be filled in in their contact file.

Step 2: Audience
Select the audience you want to send the feedback form to. This can be a smart group or you can select a department if you want to send a feedback request to all members of a particular department.
If the smart group with the audience you want to send your campaign to does not yet exist, create this smart group first.

Step 3: Form type and language
Choose a (private or public) form that you want to send to your audience. Is the form you want not available? Create a new form first. You can also select the language of your campaign by clicking on Advanced settings.
Step 4: Pick a template for your campaign
Click 'Next' to choose a template for your campaign.

Campaigns by email
Click on 'view example' underneath the boxes to see what the templates look like.
It is also possible to create your own template in HTML. This can be a template you've used before or a new one. If you want to create a new template from the basics, choose 'Create new template'.
Campaigns by text
For campaigns by text, you can pick an existing text from the dropdown menu (after clicking on one, you can click on View example to see what the text looks like). It is also possible to create your own template from scratch.
Step 5: Advanced settings
By clicking on Advanced settings, you can also connect the campaign to a specific department or person in your company, you can fill in the name of the sender and fill in the email address you want the receiver to reply to.
Step 6: Schedule moment
Select the frequency you want to send your campaign. This can be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. The delivery date you pick is the date the first feedback request will be sent.

Step 7: Start campaign!
At page 3, you can check all settings, confirm them and launch your continuous feedback campaign. Feedback requests will now be sent to the smart group you've connected to it automatically. Of course, you can keep adding people you want to be in the campaign to the smart group you've connected.
