You can choose whether you want to keep your Ratecard private or if you want to publish your reviews on your account and be visible to everyone.
This is how it works:
Step 1: Go to Account settings in your menu en go to the Customise tab


Step 2: Put the switch on/off
With the on/off switch, you can decide whether you want to publish your Ratecard or keep it private.

If the switch is on, it means your Ratecard is public and your reviews are visible:

You can put your Ratecard's switch on or off anytime.

Step 3: What does a public/private Ratecard look like?

If you are logged in as a supervisor, you can always see your own Ratecard. You do get a warning to let you know that your Ratecard is closed. Being able to see your own Ratecard does not mean that it is visible to all visitors.
Step 4: Not visible on Google
If your Ratecard profile is private/closed, this means that your reviews are also invisible on search engines like Google.
