Public vs. private feedback: what’s the difference, and when to use it?

You can use Ratecard in multiple ways. Feedback can be used as a marketing tool and you can use it to improve your business. You can do this by keeping your feedback private or making it public.

By keeping your profile public, you create trust with your potential customers, because they can see what others have to say about your business and services. They will think you have nothing to hide, so they will be inclined to do business with you.

Transparency is an important value. Ratecard offers the opportunity to show your transparency to potential customers and build credibility.

Your reviews will also appear on Google and you can post them automatically on your social accounts, such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. Besides that, it's possible to publish testimonials on your website. 

Points for improvement (feedforward) will never be shown to others: that feature is only visible to yourself, even when your Ratecard is public.
