It is possible to add different languages to your forms. That way, you're able to ask your international clients for feedback in their own language. Read here about the different languages Ratecard offers.
You can add the languages you need to your (custom) forms.
This is how it works
Step 1: Create a form
Step 2: Click Select your language in the form setup
Here, you can choose the default language of your form.
Step 3: Go to step 3 of creating a form (Build)
In the builder section, you can add languages to the building blocks by clicking on (+).
Step 4: Pick the language you want to add and click Add
Your language is now added for every item in your form.
Next to the default language, you can see which languages are added to your form. If you want to delete a language, you can click on (X) next to the language you want to remove.
Click Remove to confirm removing the language.
Step 5: Your reviewers can now select the language they prefer in the feedback form.
Create a form now and add all languages you want!
