Create your Bullhorn API Key, Client ID and Client Secret so you can add these to your Ratecard settings
In order to connect you Bullhorn and Ratecard accounts, you first need to get your Bullhorn API Key, Client ID and Client Secret. Thereafter, you can set up triggers and collect feedback on autopilot after a meeting is scheduled, a placement is completed or updated, and a task is added within your Bullhorn account. Get you Bullhorn API credentials for Ratecard by following these steps.
Step 1: Go to Bullhorn Connect
In order to complete this step, you need to be administrator within your Bullhorn account. Login to your Bullhorn application and navigate to [Menu] > [Administrator] > [BH Connect].
Step 2: Create your Bullhorn API Key for Ratecard
You can now click on [Add account] in order to create your Bullhorn API Key for Ratecard. On the next page, fill in "Ratecard" under "Account Name" and click on [Update] in order to save this new API Key that you can use for Ratecard.
Step 3: Receive your Bullhorn Client ID and Secret for Ratecard
You will now receive an email notification from Bullhorn containing your Bullhorn Client ID and Client Secret you can use in order to collect feedback on autopilot via Ratecard. Add the Client ID and Client Secret to your account settings within Ratecard, and you're good to go! Didn't you receive anything? Please contact Bullhorn support and send this message:

Step 4: Set up triggers to collect feedback on autopilot via Bullhorn
After you've added your Bullhorn API credentials, you can connect with your Bullhorn account and set up triggers. Contacts will automatically be added to a smart group in Ratecard after you've set up (a) trigger(s). By setting up an event-based campaign for this smart group the contact is added to, you can send feedback requests by email and/or text on autopilot – based on events in Bullhorn (e.g. a meeting is scheduled, a placement is update or completed, or a task is added). Moreover, you can even report feedback back into Bullhorn.
