List of all the question types you can use within Ratecard to build your feedback forms
A feedback form is made up of questions. In this article you can read which question types you can use within Ratecard.
After creating your form, you can add all types of questions by clicking on the building blocks on the left within the form builder, or dragging a building block from left to right.
These are the question types Ratecard currently supports:
Rating
You can ask respondents to rate on a scale of 1-5 or 1-10. Customise your rating question by choosing a presentation style, e.g. numbers, rating dots, emoticons or stars. Click here to read more about the rating question.
NPS (standard)
NPS is short for Net Promoter Scorer. The Net Promoter Score measures candidate, client, employee and/or supplier experience and predicts your business growth. You can choose one of four standard NPS questions in this question type. Click here to read more about the NPS (standard) question.
NPS (custom)
With the custom NPS you need to use the aspects that are priorly stated, in order to reach an official Net Promoter Score. In the custom NPS question type, you can choose to count 8-10 as promoters instead of 9-10. Also, 0-5 counts as detractors, instead of 0-6 with the standard NPS question. Multiple choice
People can choose one or more answers from a list of choices. Click here to read more about the multiple choice question.
Dropdown
People can choose one answer from the dropdown. It’s ideal if there is a long list of options. Click here to read more about the dropwdown question.
Short text
You can ask a short open question with a short text. You can for example ask for a specific word. You can also add a placeholder. Click here to read more about the short text question.
Long text
You can ask a long open question with a long text. You can also add a placeholder. Click here to read more about the long text question.
Relationship
With the relationship you can ask for the relationship between you and the respondent. Click here to read more about the relationship question.
Team members
You can ask the respondent to which team member he has spoken. Click here to read more about the team members question.
Departments

Terms

Date

Email address
You can ask if a respondent wants to give his/her email address. Click here to read more about the email address question.
File upload

Phone number

Video
