Let your respondents choose one or more answers with the multiple choice question within Ratecard
A feedback form is made up of different types of questions. In this article you can read about the multiple choice question.
Step 1: Drag and drop the multiple choice question into the builder section.
You can add the "Multiple choice" building block on the left by clicking on it or dragging it from left to right into the form builder.
Step 2: Fill in your question and description if needed
Fill in your question at the "Title" section. You can also add a description if you want to. In addition, you can set up if the question is required or not.
Step 3: Fill in your possible answers
Fill in all your answers. By clicking on the "+" icon you can simply add an extra answer. It is also possible to change the order of the answers.
Step 4: Choose if one or more options are allowed
If one answer is possible, respondents can only choose one option. If more answers are possible, respondents can choose multiple answers from the list.
Step 5: Choose if you want to add an “Other option”
With the "Other option" respondents can fill in their own answer. That can be useful, because respondents can fill in an answer you haven't thought of!
Step 6: Preview your question
There are also additional options, such as randomizing the options, add extra text and add logic to the form. But if you're ready, you can preview your question by previewing your form. Are you happy with the result?
That's it! Do you want to know more about the question types we support at Ratecard? Click here and check it out!
