Ask your respondents to say something with the short text question within Ratecard
A feedback form is made up of different types of questions. In this article you can read about the short text question.
Step 1: Drag and drop the short text question into the builder section
You can add the “Short text” building block on the left by clicking on it or dragging it from left to right into the form builder.
Step 2: Fill in your question and description if needed
Fill in your question at the “Title” section. You can also add a description if you want to. In addition, you can set up if the question is required or not.
Step 3: Add a placeholder (optional)
You can add a placeholder if you want to. With the placeholder, you can give examples or directions to the respondent. You can also add an easy placeholder like: “Fill in your answer here”.
Step 4: Preview your question
There are also additional options, such as adding the minimum amount of characters a respondent has to type, hiding the field or adding logic to the form. But if you're ready, you can preview your question by previewing your form. Are you happy with the result?
That's it! Do you want to know more about the question types we support at Ratecard? Click here and check it out!
