A feedback form is made up of different types of questions. In this article you can read about the NPS (standard) question.
Step 1: Drag and drop the NPS (standard) question into the builder section
You can add the "NPS (standard)" building block on the left by clicking on it or dragging it from left to right into the form builder.
Step 2: Select one of the four questions
You can only choose between the four questions because these questions indicates a good NPS score. For more information about the NPS click here.
Step 3: Add extra content if needed
With extra content, you can give examples or directions to the respondent. In addition, you can set up if the question is required or not.
Step 4: Preview your question
There are also additional options, such as adding logic to the form or connect it to a team member/department. But if you're ready, you can preview your question by previewing your form. Are you happy with the result?
