A feedback form is made up of different types of questions. In this article you can read about the NPS (custom) question.
Step 1: Drag and drop the NPS (custom) question into the builder section
You can add the "NPS (custom)" building block on the left by clicking on it or dragging it from left to right into the form builder.
Step 2: Fill in your question and extra content if needed
Fill in your question at the "Title" section. It is very important that you need to use the aspects that are priorly stated to reach an official Net Promoter Score. You can also add extra content if you want to. In addition, you can set up if the question is required or not. For more information about the NPS click here.
Step 3: Preview your question
There are also additional options, such as adding logic to the form or connect it to a team member/department. You can also count 8-10 as promoters instead of 9-10. But if you're ready, you can preview your question by previewing your form. Are you happy with the result?
