If you would like your team members to send feedback requests automatically after a call or meeting, you need 3 components:
Step 1: Create a smart group for each of your team members
Every team member needs his or her own smart group in his or her address book. You can name the group after your team member and the type of event you want to base your campaign on (e.g. "Meetings w/ John Doe"). Read here how to create a smart group.
Step 2: Set up event-based campaigns connected to these smart groups
In order to automatically send feedback requests after a certain "event" (calls/meetings/etc.), you need to create event-based campaigns that you can connect with the smart groups.
Create a campaign for every event, for example interviews or meetings. Name de campaign after the kind of event (e.g. "External meetings - Feedback directly after meeting").
Also name the forms after the event you want to use them for to easily find it en connect it to your campaign.

Create a campaign for each of your team members and connect every campaign to the right smart group by selecting the audience.

Step 3: Add contacts to your smart groups and start collecting feedback
Your team members only need to add the contact to their own smart group. They can do this manually or import a file, but also even quicker by sending an email to their personalised group ID with the V-card of the contact. It's easy to copy the group ID in the overview of all smart groups:

It is also possible to just CC the group ID when sending an email to their contact. Ratecard recognizes the personal data and adds them automatically to the smart group. To save time, you can add the group ID easily to your address book if you don't want to keep copy/pasting the code.

Step 4: Send instructions to your team members and make asking for feedback a habit for yourself, your team, and your company
Your team members need to be informed about the way they can work with this automation. If they follow your instructions, it will cost them little effort to ask every person they have had contact with for feedback.
You can write your own instruction for them or you can copy/paste the email with instructions below.

I've set up a smart group just for you via Ratecard, so you can send personalised feedback requests via email/text.
How it works
If you add a contact to one of these groups, your contact will automatically receive a personalised feedback request via email/text. You can add your contact by sending it to your personalised smart group email {groupid}@group.ratecard.io. Please make sure your contact file contains a valid email address and/or phone number. If you send a contact to this address after a call or meeting, (s)he will automatically receive a personalised feedback request in real-time.
Please note: timesaver
You can save time by bookmarking the personalised smart group email {groupid}@group.ratecard.io within your email app(s) and/or the address book of your desktop, mobile and/or tablet. By naming the group e.g. "Feedback after meetings via Ratecard", you don't have to remember the exact address, but can just forward contact details or copy (CC) an email to this bookmarked address.
