One possible way of adding contacts to a group, is to manually add people one by one. Go to Contacts in your address book on your dashboard.
Choose [+ Add contact]:
Step 1: You can select the group you would like to add the contact to and fill in the details of your contact
Step 2: Click on save
By clicking on a contact in your contact list, you can edit your contact. Another option is to click on the action points at the right:
Here, you can edit the name, email address and phone number
Delete or unsubsribe contact
It's also possible to add the contact to another group, subscribe or unsubscribe for further messages, and delete a contact. When you tick the box of a contact, you will see above the following options:
