If you want to request feedback, you need three elements: a smart group, a form and a campaign. This article will explain how you set up and send the third component: a campaign. For this feature, you need to have created a smart group and form first.
Go to campaigns in your Ratecard dashboard and click Create campaign.

One-time feedback
For your first campaign, it's convenient to use the campaign that requests one-time feedback. This means that you only ask for feedback once to a group of people, at a chosen time.
You can schedule the sending moment for this campaign and it will send the form that you connect to this campaign to the connected group (audience) only once.
If you choose this kind of campaign, you are able to ask everybody you've met until now for feedback. From here, you can set up for example an one-time feedback campaign, to keep asking feedback to contacts you're in meetings with from now.
Read more about the different types of campaigns here.
Step 1: Name and type
Name your campaign and select the type you want: email or text. Email means that your contacts receive a feedback request by email, if you pick Text, they receive the request by a text to their phone. In that case, the phone number has to be filled in in their contact file.

Step 2: Audience
Select the audience you want to send the feedback form to. This can be a smart group or you can select a department if you want to send a feedback request to all members of a particular department.
If the smart group with the audience you want to send your campaign to does not yet exist, create this smart group first.

Step 3: Form type and language
Choose a (private or public) form that you want to send to your audience. You can also select the language of your campaign by clicking on Advanced settings.
Is the form you want not available? Create a new form first.
Step 4: Pick a template for your campaign
Click 'Next' to choose a template for your campaign.

Campaigns by email
Click on 'view example' underneath the boxes to see what the templates look like.
It is also possible to create your own template in HTML. This can be a template you've used before or a new one. If you want to create a new template from the basics, choose 'Create new template'.
Campaigns by text
For campaigns by text, you can pick an existing text from the left (after clicking on one, you can click on View example to see what the text looks like). It is also possible to create your own template from scratch.
Step 5: Advanced settings
By clicking on Advanced settings, you can also connect the campaign to a specific department or person in your company, you can fill in the name of the sender and fill in the email address you want the receiver to reply to.
Step 6: Schedule moment
Because this campaign will only be sent once, you have select one delivery date and time for the feedback request.

Finally, you can set a reminder if you want to.
Step 7: Start campaign!
At page 3, you can check all settings, confirm them and launch your one-time feedback campaign. Feedback requests will now be sent to the smart group you've connected to it automatically. Of course, you can keep adding people you want to be in the campaign to the smart group you've connected.
