How to customize your feedback form with your company logo and colors

The default color of your feedback form is Ratecard blue. You can customize this form with your company logo and colors. 

How does this work?

Step 1: Go to Account settings in your menu and go to the Customise tab

Step 2: Upload your logo 

Choose Change image to upload your own logo. This logo must be 240x240px.

Step 3: Pick your own colors

Choose the color codes that belong to your company. You can pick different colors for the navigation (top of the page), the whole background of the review page and the color of the button. 

You can fill in the codes, but you can also move the cursor to select the color you want.

Step 4: See what your chosen colors look like on the form

Click Preview form to see what the colors will look like on your review page. 

Step 5: Not happy?

Not happy and want the classic Ratecard colors back? No problem! Just click on Set to default next to all colors and the original form is restored:

Step 6: Happy? Save your default form.
