How to personalise your email and/or SMS messages sent via Ratecard, and track smart data
When you're creating a new campaign, you can choose if you would like to send the campaign by email or by text to your smart group. In both cases, you can adjust the content exactly to the form you want.
If you want the conversion rate to be as high as possible, you have to use the dynamic content fields that Ratecard offers. That way, you can address your receivers personally without having to send all messages one by one.
Step 1: After the Setup of the campaign, click Next to go to the Compose page.
Here, you can edit the content you're about to send.
Step 2: Choose a Custom template.
Step 3: Select the content of a template that has been sent before
You can see what the content looks like by clicking on the Preview button. You can also build a custom template from scratch in the Content Area. Then, choose Create new template.
Step 4: Add the dynamic fields in the Content Area at the bottom of the page.
