In the Statistics overview in your Ratecard dashboard, you can see your company statistics and set benchmarks.
Analyze your company statistics
Step 1: Choose a period you want to analyze and click Apply.
Step 2: Specify the statistics by selecting a campaign/group/team member/form/etc.
If you want to see the statistics of a particular team member or department, you can select this in one of the boxes:
If you don't specify any items, the chart shows the statistics of all feedback together in that period.
Step 3: See all average scores underneath the chart:
You can see the average score, the NPS and the number of feedback items your selection received in the period you selected.
Step 4: Set benchmarks for Average score, NPS and Feedback
You can change your benchmarks easily by clicking on the button [Change benchmark], fill in the goal you'd like to reach and save it:
The number underneath the score shows how you are doing when looking at your goals. If the text is red, you have to try a little harder to reach your goal. If the text is black, you're exactly on the point you wanted. If the text is green, you're performing even better than expected:
