Add domain names to allow certain groups to add contacts to your group ID email address
Ratecard offers the possibility to easily add contacts to your smart groups by sending an email with the data of contacts to the email address of the group ID.
Of course you don't want everyone to be able to send contacts to your group ID. That's why you can limit the people who are able to send contacts to you groups by only allowing specific domain name(s).
This is how it works:
Step 1: Go to your Account Settings and then to the Customise tab.
Step 2: Fill in the domain name(s) you want to allow to add contacts to your smart groups.
You can fill in multiple domain names by separating them by a comma:
Does it work?
You can test if your domain names work, by switching on the email alerts for smart group errors. You can do this in the Notifications tab in your Personal Settings.
If you switch on this alert, you receive the following email notification when your added contact(s) are not (fully) processed:
