Let your respondents rate on a scale of 1-5 or 1-10 within Ratecard
A feedback form is made up of different types of questions. In this article you can read about the rating question.
Step 1: Drag and drop the rating question into the builder section
You can add the “Rating” building block on the left by clicking on it or dragging it from left to right into the form builder. Now you're ready to add your rating question.
Step 2: Add your question and more
Fill in your question at the “Title” section. You can also add extra content if you want to. In addition, you can set up if the question is required or not.
Step 3: Decide which scale to use (1-5 or 1-10)
Determine the scale of your question. You can set up the scale from 1-5 or from 1-10. The scale from 1-5 offers better quality, while the scale from 1-10 offers greater variability.
Step 4: Numbers, emoticons, rating dots or stars?
You can choose the presentation style of the question. You can choose between numbers, rating dots, emoticons, stars and a slider. It depends on the question and the type of respondents which presentation style is best.
Step 5: Preview your question
There are also additional options, such as assigning the question to a specific department or team member and adding logic to the form. But if you're ready, you can preview your question by previewing your form. Are you happy with the result?
