Let your respondents select the relationships with the relationship question within Ratecard
A feedback form is made up of different types of questions. In this article you can read about the relationship question.
Step 1: Drag and drop the relationship question into the builder section
You can add the “Relationship" building block on the left by clicking on it or dragging it from left to right into the form builder.
Step 2: Fill in your question and description if needed
Fill in your question at the "Title" section. You can also add a description if you want to. In addition, you can set up if the question is required or not.
Step 3: Add a placeholder (optional)
You can add a placeholder if you want to. With the placeholder, you can give an example to the respondent.
Step 4: Choose if multiple selections are allowed
It is useful to turn it on when people have, for example, multiple relationships. You can also put in the description that multiple answers are possible.
Step 5: Select the relationship type
Depending on which relationship type is chosen, different answers are selectable. If you choose “Other”, you have to type your own possible answers.
Step 6: Preview your question
There are also additional options, such as hiding the field and adding logic to the form. But if you're ready, you can preview your question by previewing your form. Are you happy with the result?
